Buttermilk Pancake Mix

The same buttermilk pancakes mix we use in our Pancake House.  Available in a 1 lb package.  Each pound makes 24 4" pancakes. 

Directions: Mix 1 cup Pancake Mix with 3/4 cup of water.  

Ingredients: Enriched bleach flour, wheat flour, deferred yellow cornmeal, dextrose, sugar, soy flour, soybean oil, whey, baking soda, salt, buttermilk and nonfat milk.
